Ordered DoorDash recd wrong sandwich called the store they said we had another order at the same time and the cook swapped up the orders - no offer to fix it or anything I said well this isn’t what I ordered. They said, call DoorDash for a refund. A little disappointed at that customer service response from normally a great place.

All of their donuts are delicious, but the red velvet is my favorite. Their breakfast sandwiches are also good. They have a good biscuit and gravy as well. Get there early they will sell out!

I picked up 2 dozen donuts for my son's birthday at school. The cashier had great customer service. She greets everyone, listens, and treats everyone with respect which is hard to come by these days. Store was clean. Donuts were Amazing as always! Thank you for getting Customer Service!

There is just nothing bad to say about Jupiter Donuts Factory. They have a couple of locations here in the Palm Beaches and their product is outstanding. They more or less are our local version of Voodoo Donuts. The donuts are always fresh and huge! Today we got Boston creams, chocolate-covered, glazed, lemon-filled, raspberry filled, blueberry fritters, and Samoa's . I gained weight just looking at the boxes. If you want a wide variety, get there early. When they are out each day, they're out for the day. You will not regret a visit here. It's a must-do if you're in the Palm Beaches. 10/10
